1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fixcept ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Fixcept for your organization's internal maintenance and repair knowledge management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Fixcept
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Billing

Fixcept offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to Fixcept. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Fixcept:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fixcept be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
